Prior to founding his home furnishings real estate business Julius M. Feinblum was an investment broker on Wall Street, specializing in in the home furnishings industry.  Determining that home furnishings was a high-growth industry, he left Wall Street at the age of 30 to become a marketing and sales executive with Lehigh Bedrooms then Pinehurst Upholstery.  He then took a senior sales position with Flexsteel Industries, one of the country's premier upholstery lines.
